What to expect
Naturopathic: Your first consultation is divided into two separate visits. The first visit includes an extensive history and physical exam, lasting 1 ½ to 2 hours. We will then decide if lab tests may be necessary. You may also be given some treatment options that you can try immediately. The second visit is 45 minutes long and includes discussion of your case after extensive research, as well as a comprehensive treatment plan.
Chiropractic: Your first visit will take 45 minutes. It includes a history and physical exam. We may start treatment on your first visit if it is appropriate. You may also be given some treatment options that you can try at home. Subsequent visits will be 15 minutes long. Depending on your insurance, payment will vary. It is your responsibility to verify that chiropractic visits are covered under your insurance plan before your first visit.
Dr. Isaacs is a preferred provider with the following insurance companies.
• Anthem/Blue Cross/Blue Shield
• Rocky Mountain Health Plan
If you are not a member of the above insurance companies, you will be charged the full price for a visit. However, we are happy to give you a form that may be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement if you pay out of pocket.
Before your initial visit, please download and fill out the forms below. This will make your first visit more streamlined. If you have time before your first visit, you may also mail, e-mail, or fax back the forms, which will also help greatly. Please understand that all information you disclose will be kept confidential.
